Self Check-in/Check-out
For your convenience, our accommodation is equipped with a connected lock with a digital code. No more worries about losing or sharing keys. The code automatically changes for each guest, ensuring enhanced security.
You can check-in on your arrival day from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Parking
The residence offers a large and completely free parking area.
You can also find a snow shovel in the ski storage room, in case you need to clear your car from snow on your departure day.
Access
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed via an elevator from the parking area.
It’s worth noting that for the piste side (south), you are actually on the ground floor, providing easy access.
Security Deposit
We require a security deposit of €2000 for the rental.
- No amount will be deducted from your account. It is a simple pre-authorization, ensuring that your card’s limit remains unaffected.
No checks or cash are required.
In the interest of fairness and transparency, the processing of your deposit is handled by an independent company called “Swikly” which also manages any potential disputes.
Check-in Process
For your safety, we request online registration prior to the arrival of each guest in the building. This includes providing at least one form of identification and a selfie.
This authentication process helps us prevent fraud and ensure the authenticity of all reservations.
House Rules
- Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking. However, you are welcome to use the spacious balcony for smoking. Please note that a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit if any tobacco odor is detected in the apartment. We have zero tolerance regarding this rule.
- Pet-Friendly: We believe in keeping pets together with their owners. At Menuires-location, we welcome pets, as long as they are respectful of the apartment’s textiles and furnishings.
- To keep the apartment floor in perfect condition, we kindly ask that you do not walk inside with ski boots or snow crampons.
- While we’re not sticklers for rules, we do value a peaceful night’s sleep for our neighbors. Please avoid excessive noise in the evenings to ensure everyone is well-rested for the next day.

Cleaning
We have partnered with a cleaning service provider to handle the cleaning process.
The cleaning fee is €60.
Cancellation Policy

- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
- Non-refundable after the initial 48-hour period.
- Non-modifiable reservations.
